With just under 6 weeks to go, the annual Airsweb User Conference is a key event in this year's calendar and the team have been hard at work to ensure the conference is a big success. One of the key activities will be a series of break out or focus group sessions in which attendees will have the opportunity to input on what they need from airsweb® Glenn Hardy explained the importance of making this relevant: "It is something like 80% focused on product this year so the focus groups must be focused. As a result, the User Committee have worked with Lee and the event team to ask attendees what modules/solutions they wish to talk about and any specific topics they want to address." Lee Davies added: "The plan is to look at the results of the poll sent to attendees and ensure we are doing our best to make the sessions more relevant.
